NEW DAY

Please Note:
Starting next week we will be meeting on TUESDAYS instead.
This seems to work better for everyone with preschool kids.

Hager Park

Thanks to Nancy's idea we made it to a new place this week. It has a really elaborate wood structure to run through & climb on. The only drawback is that it is a bit hard to keep track of your scrambling little ones. Especially if you have more than one. However, I think that as a team we did pretty good. Thanks to all who made it.

Millennium Park

It was a fun sunny day on the splash pad today
and not too hot.
Great to see those who could make it.
(we were very late ourselves...)
but had a great time

Sorry about the water drop - this would have been a cute shot without that!
See you all next week
:)

Huff Park Walk

Nice to see ya'll at Huff Park the other day. We had a nice little trek on the boardwalk,
and found a pretty cool tree to climb

We saw frogs & snakes & all sorts of wildlife...

Then ended up chilling out on the grass for a while.
Lovely summer morning for all.
See you next week!

Strawberry Picking Part 2!

Here are my contributions to pictures from today's activity! I didn't get a ton, but a few of them turned out cute!

I'm not sure why Isabel felt the need to strike a Superman pose, but here it is...
This pictures has the most of Cael's face in it out of all my pictures. I'm pathetic!!

Strawberry Pickin'

Welcome to our new Playgroup Blog!
I'll try to post about most our activities and I hope you do too!
Please share your Pictures and thoughts or ideas for activities.

This week we went to Krupp Farms for the last day of strawberry picking for the season.
It was perfect as the weather was just cool enough with light cloud cover to keep us very comfortable.

The kids had fun finding (and squishing) little red treasures in the bushes
Ooo yummy

We all ended up with just a little bag full (and maybe a few mouthfuls)
and it only cost a few cents (btw Alison & Kelly IOU 25ct collectively ;)
